Shipping & Returns Policies

Free Shipping

Most products ship Free.  But due to the high cost of shipping, we  charge shipping on products that weighs over 100lb. 

Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email from Snack Shack Supplies, which means we received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and contact you immediately. If your item is in stock and available we will process the payment and submit the order for shipment.

Order Tracking

Immediately after your order is shipped you will receive an email containing shipment tracking information. This can be used to follow your shipment on the carriers website.

Order Shipment

We Ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Group, or USPS Priority Mail to street addresses in the USA. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for transit time. Expedited shipping may be available upon request - call our customer service center for more information. We will determine the best carrier for the products you order and ship accordingly.  We're sorry, but we do not ship outside of the USA. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, and all orders going to a PO Box must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

In most cases, we will automatically request the shipping company to require a valid signature at delivery. If signature is not required at delivery, we will not be held liable for shipments after they are confirmed delivered by the shipping company. We will notify you of any delays to your order as soon as we are aware of them. 

Shipping Speed

The arrival date listed on our product page is for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed. While we will make every effort to have the product delivered on this date, we cannot guarantee timing due to events that may occur outside of our control.

Specific shipping policies and times will depend on the manufacturer and warehouse location. Please see the following list of manufacturers to determine your shipping time. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with a customer service representative at orders@snackshacksupplies.com.

Benchmark USA Inc

Any orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day via UPS or FedEx. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST on Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day. For shipments to the continental US, orders will arrive within 5 business days. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may require extra delivery time and may be subject to a supplemental delivery charge.

BakeMax

Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST on Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day. Most shipments to the continental US will arrive within 5 business days.

Gold Medal Products

Orders received by 11:00 am EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 am EST on Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day. Most standard ground shipments to the continental US will arrive within 5 business days. Certain products are not eligible to ship by standard ground shipping and must ship by freight line. Delivery times for freight shipments can vary, but are on average 5 - 7 business days. 

Great Northern

Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Most shipments to the continental US will arrive within 5 business days.

Nemco Food Equipment

Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST on Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day. Most shipments to the continental US will arrive within 5 business days.

Paragon

Most orders are processed and shipped via UPS or FedEx the same day or next business day. Most shipments to the continental US will arrive within 5 business days.

Skymsen / Boswell / Fleetwood

Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST on Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day. Most shipments to the continental US will arrive within 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

We understand that sometimes you need your items right away (1-2 business days), and standard shipping just won't cut it. In these cases, please contact us and our customer service representatives will be happy to provide you an expedited shipping quote. Unfortunately our Free Shipping promotions do not extend to expedited shipping.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@snackshacksupplies.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellation and Refunds

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing the order.

Returns

Because of differing warranties and manufacturer policies returns are reviewed on a by case basis. Any concerns must be submitted to us by email or telephone within 15 days from the date of purchase or 2 days from the date of receipt, whichever comes first.

If a return is approved, the purchaser must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to returning the item. The customer will be responsible for all freight costs and a minimum of 20% restocking fees. All applicable freight charges, any damages incurred to product and all applicable repair charges are the buyers responsibility.

The buyer must ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing an order. The buyer will be responsible for items that are returned to the wrong location.

Please notify us of refused shipment so we may process your account credit once the item has been received in good condition in re-sellable packaging. Used items will not be considered for returns. If you fail to notify us of a return in writing, do not receive authorization to do so, or if the product is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we will not process the credit. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, the purchaser will also be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. No exceptions will be made. We will not refund packing or shipping charges. The buyer agrees to accept the seller's decision.

The purchaser agrees that they will abide by Snack Shack Supplies's decisions regarding any return, cancellation or damaged items matters and that any exceptions to the purchase agreement regarding such matters is the sole right of Snack Shack Supplies.
